They didn't meet my expectations, I went to improve the problem of the appearance of the nails due to fungus and the specialist girl only smoothed the nails a little very superficially and I paid around 120 dls. Really when I do it by myself at home I get a better result, first and last time I was there.

What a flakey business! My appointment was booked for 8:30 a.m. on a Saturday - I get there, the receptionist tells me I was suppose to be there at 7:30 a.m. (I definitely was not). Then she says "I sent you an email" - I told her I didn't receive anything - she said "look in your junk folder". Then a minute later she says "we don't have your email - can I get it? "Am I going to have an appointment today?" I queried. "Oh ya we can make that work." I wait....When the foot person comes out and hears the situation she says "oh no it's too tight today, she'll have to rebook" The receptionist - this whole conversation happens across the waiting room- "Do you wanna rebook?" "Uh, no." I leave. They offer no apology for any of it. Great customer service you have there Bloor West Foot Clinic. I will never go there again. Should have slept in.

I'm so glad I came here. The people, (I see Cynthia and Liz is exceptional at her job) who work at this clinic are super friendly and want everyone who walks through the door with a sad painful face make sure you leave with a smile!! I'm an avid walker; my feet were hurting so bad that I wasn't enjoying it anymore. I didn't want to just sit and not do anything anymore. I came here and saw Cynthia. She is terrific!! She solved my problem and now I'm almost at 100% pain free. This is so wonderful.....I have Happy Feet again; I no longer dread going out for my walks or doing any of my other exercises. I would recommend this place to anyone with feet issues!!!!!
