Staff refused to ask an unmasked female customer to put on a mask. I asked two employees to intervene. One told me “he was just a cashier and I would need to speak to the manager”. The other said “we cannot ask customers to wear masks” This despite the huge sandwich sign at the entrance of the store declaring “masks are MANDATORY in the store”. No one knew where the manager was and other customers were doing their best to stay away from this woman in a rather crowded store.
