About Us

Our sunny, spacious studio occupies over 4000 square feet on the first and second floors of Windermere Court, at the southeast corner of Bloor and Windermere.  

We have three fully equipped studios for one-on-one sessions, group Reformer classes and Mat, Chair, Bohdi, MOTR and Circuit classes plus change rooms. Reception is located at Suite 206.

Conveniently located in the heart of Bloor West Village, we are a short walk from either Jane or Runnymede subway stations, with ample street and Green P Parking.
