Our mission at Vescada is to care for the world we live in, from the products we make to the ways in which we give back to society. At Vescada, we strive to set an example for environmental leadership and responsibility, not just in the world of beauty, but around the world.

Policies

Cancellations

Because no-shows and cancellations affect us, we require that you give us 24 hours notice. If you fail to do so a service charge of $15-$25 will be charged to your account. Exceptions may apply.

Redo Services – Color

In order to receive a redo service Vescada salon must be contacted within a week of performed service. An appointment must be booked with the original stylist that performed the services in order for us to assess the situation and to determine if the redo is required.

Refund Policy – Products

When purchasing Aveda products, please be advised that you have up to 7 days with receipt to either exchange or return the product. The product must be 75% full. There will be no refunds or exchanges after 7 days. All make-up purchases are final.

Please be advised that there are no refunds on services that have been already performed. If you are unsatisfied a complimentary redo or another solution may be offered to our discretion.

Referral Policy

The best compliment that you can give us is the referral of your friends and family. Each time you refer a new guest to the salon you and your guest will receive a complimentary gift courtesy of Vescada Salon.
