I provide wellness coaching and counselling to adults and youth. My goal is to provide a space to work through difficulties and transitions through a supportive, calm and compassionate therapeutic relationship. I use a client-centered, strength-based, and empowerment approach.
I firmly believe that people are experts on their own lives and acknowledge the strengths and resiliency of everyone. In collabouration, a plan for counselling will be developed based on the client's needs, to provide insight into strengths and give tools for moving forward.
